Sabrblade wrote:WFC was the beginning of the Aligned Continuity. The reason the Aligned games, cartoons, comics, etc. all have aesthetics from each other is because Hasbro doesn't give two cents about aesthetic consistency like we fans do. It's more of a fan concern than a company one.
Well, the differences between each portion are essentially as distinctive as the toylines of other "sequel" series. Beast Wars and Beast Machines are one continuity but with separate aesthetics, Armada/Energon/Cybertron are one continuity with three aesthetics, etc. etc.Wolfman Jake wrote:Sabrblade wrote:WFC was the beginning of the Aligned Continuity. Which is why this fan is close to giving up on a proper "aligned" toyline to collect for years to come. I'll keep an eye out for the odd figure that can be repurposed for my Classics/Neo-G1 collection, but that's about it.

Like how there's no single toyline for those, there's no single Aligned toyline either. Two Beast Era toylines, three Unicron Trilogy toylines, and three Aligned toylines (Generations "WFC/FOC", Prime, and Rescue Bots).

Furthermore, using your slur to insult Americans in general just because you are taxed out the rear in Europe and pay more for toys is pretty low.
Definition of Muricans - An impolite way of saying "American" (or a polite way of saying "Americunt") while wanting to project a sense to dislike towards that country
Don't get your panties in a bunch.
And you don't help your case any by not caring where the figures cost elsewhere in the world - self-centered much?
Besides, sadly 'muricans is an appropriate slur b/c we got A LOT of ignoramuses here.
ILL-Star wrote:For as big as those voyagers are, $20 seems like a good price. I know its just marketing, but giving that much for $20 compared to what you get for $13 doesn't make sense.
Also, I'm not sure Hasbrotoyshop ever dropped the higher Deluxe class price tag. So, to say that the prices are going back up again seems a tad hasty.

You are using a set of figures that have very minimal development costs. All they did was upsize the molds they already have, which is much cheaper than creating it from scratch.

And no, it is not an appropriate thing to say to anyone. You call the majority of people here idiots. All but you right?
Only a moron runs their mouth in that fashion.

Ooh, you sure showed me!
