Honestly, OpMag, if I were you, I'd go for Screamer first. It's the best representation of this version of the character yet, I tend to think. Jetfire and Prime are good items to get, although Jetfire's alt mode is HUGE, and has lots of kibble on the plane's undercarriage.

Well, I'll see. Maybe if Starscream goes on sale or something. Or maybe I can manage to get him in my Easter basket...well, next to it maybe. I'm really trying to catch up on the movie stuff I stupidly skipped right now instead of stuff that's packing the shelves. But if leader Starscream is deserving of the Masterpiece title, he has to be good.

He is...he is indeed. He and the first ROTF Prime are my two fave leaders from the two movies so far, hands down.

They are very good. I still have to get the "clean" paint Optimus myself. I'd like to get it before DOTM since I'm not sure if anything will top that mold. I'm not sure if there will be many Primes that are better if even equal in the future. Unfortunately, he's quite a pain for me to get into truck mode. Especially with a faulty battle hook that flops around and flips out constantly. :BANG_HEAD:

To quote Johnny Cash I've been everywhere this past weekend. While my efforts landing nothing exciting I did snag a few.

The Fallen (blue)
Hailstorm
Highbrow
Bumblebee/jetski (RTS)

I got all but the Fallen at a lower price than advertised on various sales. I didn't see much in Canton/Akron, Cuyahoga, or Lorain. I wish I knew about the TRU sale earlier though.

Other than that odd bumblebee I picked up nope. And from what I gather he isn't the latest of what is supposed to be out there now. I am about to hit the order online button myself. Bloody gas is expensive.

Small but pleasant surprise in Lima--the Walmart on Harding Highway had one Scourge on the pegs...which I promptly picked up, of course. A friend of mine in Wapakoneta said that he was at Lima's TRU on Friday night and that they had one each of Kup and Perceptor, so there's some indication that the new stuff is arriving in this area, at least.

That said, I checked the Tiffin Walmart and the Tiffin Avenue Walmart in Findlay, and neither of them had anything new on the shelves.

If anyone does happen to find Kup watch out for his head. Mine was really loose and doesn't stay tight at all. Kind of like a Kup bobblehead. I ordered the third party head for him so maybe that will fix it. If not it is trying to find a new one or using nail polish to fix it.

Well i guess nothing has change, Hell! i even went down south for a couple of days and didnt see anything new down there and the dayton area is dry as a bone!! Hit up Target and Walmart by the dayton mall and its the same crap as 2 months ago!! Looks like ill have to buy stuff online which im trying to avoid cause of any defects then i have to send it back and im stuck paying the shipping. Time to have more patience i guess. Grrrr! Hasbro Grrr!

A friend of mine and I were just discussing this last night, Stock. For whatever reason, this part of the state is further behind the curve than usual in terms of new items coming in. Granted, there's tons of HFTD and ROTF still choking the shelves, but I'd imagine that retail outlets would be attempting to rotate stuff out for the summer resets.

Hell, I was amazed that I found Scourge last night. And he was the only one--no signs of the other figures in his wave.

I have a friend on TFW2005 that works at walmart around the columbus area and he said that walmarts will be going through a minor isle reset for Transformers and Joe stuff over the course of 2 to 4 weeks to make room for not only new RTS/Genline, but the up coming DOTM toys as well. I just hope this is true cause man im needing 3 Scourges, Kup and Perceptor really bad!!! And just ordered United Grapple and Drift and pre-ordered United WheelJack and Scourge as well. And Doc, if theres anything you can help me with keep me posted man.

So anyway, I stopped off at the Walmart on Tiffin Avenue in Findlay on the way home, just for the hell of it. And lo and behold, they had an endcap at the action figure aisle that featured Generations (Megs, Soundwave, Dirge, Blurr, and Bumblebee--none of the newer stuff) and the DOTM Cyberverse Prime preview figure.

But, of course, no Kup, Wreck Gar, or Perceptor.

Yeah I always use the Internet as a last resort...and it appears I may need a last resort before DOTM comes in. Wasting gas isn't worth it. Maybe I'll just wait a few weeks and see if any turn up.

By the way, has anyone happened to see/pick up the movie preview Optimus Prime pack?

Hey, I hear you. And I'm still catching up on the first two movies. I'll be broke this summer. I check every day to see if there's something new on DOTM.

I might have to stop badmouthing Lima's retail outlets, at least a bit. I picked up Kup at TRU today in Lima--no sign of Perceptor, Wreck-Gar, but they also had one Scourge on the pegs as of 5:30 this evening.

got kup and scourge last night at my local walmart in bellefontaine. they're only packed one each per case so good luck. just keep checking your local walmart later at night after their trucks have come in. if my store got them then they're definitely getting around!!!

Guess what I got today!!!
The DOTM preview pack!...and...
finally...deluxe class Optimus Prime. I couldn't believe TRU had him and Bumblebee on the pegs. I'll have to go back for Bee though.
But anyway, if any of you guys are into the movie stuff at all, I'd say Cyberverse Optimus Prime is worth the ten bucks. Very solid detailed little figure. Plus, if you don't have any 3D glasses and want to use the online feature for the DOTM toys, then you should go for this one instead of the later release.
And I am very satisfied with my RtS Laser Prime, too. I think he'll look good posed battling DOTM deluxe Starscream.

And if anyone reading is in Akron, go check the Montrose TRU in the next few weeks. They have a few DOTM Primes on the pegs as well as two RtS Bumblebees. They may restock deluxes soon though.

sorry for the late reply, but stopped by TRU last night by the Dayton Mall and they have plenty of BIS 2packs, Thunderwings and 2 Skullgrins! 2 Bludgeons and 2 Recon Ironhides and voyager are $12.00 each!! other than that not much there except old ROTF crap, no new Joe stuff and Starwars was empty as well.

Got back from a grocery run in Wal-Mart Millersburg, Holmes County. Swung by the TF section expecting the same ol junk and was surprised to find doubles of Skullgrin, Cliffjumper, Scourge, and Kup. I took home one of each of Kup and Scourge. Things are looking up.
