Barricade is one of my favorites so I would say "thumbs up" to him.

I also had the same problem with Brawl.. Very disappointing indeed.

I live in B.C., canada. I went to the local wall-mart and guess what? They had a sign saying "Transformers movie figures comming june 2nd".

June third, nothing there. The only thing they had was a few old cybertron sets. I was so mad. The closest TRU is 1 hour away!!! :shock:

I'll chime in on this, I was with TT when we went for movie toys. The whole release was very poorly handled, by every retailer except Target. And even they were not that great.

I admit it was fun watching pissed-off people storming out of TRU, because they showed up an hour early, lined up at the door, and the store had basically nothing, even with the display set up. One guy, was very vocal, yelling "This place sucks!" as he left.

Retailers are such garbage anymore that it really doesn't suprise me how poorly the whole launch was handled. "We didn't realize." is not an excuse. No wonder people are so inclined to shop online anymore. Lame.

Keep on crapping on your customers, it'll be the death of brick&mortar in a decade or so.

They did not put out any movie toys (even though they got 3 pallets a couple of weeks ago)..

I go to yet another Wal Mart and they are scrambling to get stuff on the shelves so I snagged a Starscream (I will get Ironhide and Ratchet later)
The Hasbro rep was there helping put out the TF items and after telling her of the lack of TF items at the other wal marts she said they may get fined for not having product out when they were supposed to have it out on a scheduled release date.

I go to TRU hoping that the Deluxe clone jet (I don't remember his name) came out with this first wave and they were just putting their product out..

Today is June 2nd... Correct?

This happened to me on Sturday

I go in at midight and nothing was out

So I decided to hit the same Walmart 12 hours later and they only put out half the toys

It wasn't until today they had all the toys up

The Target I work has everything up I didn't find that out till last night

I live a half hour away and wasn't going to drive there until I had to work

My walmart had little to nothing.

My trus was still putting them out when I got there when they opened up.

So the few of us that wanted the formers toys just started opening boxes as one employee told us we could.

But I 90 percent of what I wanted at target at 8.30 am on saturday. They had everything out on time for once.

Here was the deal in Delaware.

Wilmington TRU had their junk together on release day. Everything except the TRU two-pack was readily available.

The Elkton MD super WalMart had their thumbs up their ass. Nothing was on the shelves and complaints from customers forced their toy department to frantically put the thing together.

Dover WalMart, nothing, until today. Then, not so much.

Wilmington Target was rockin'. They had everything they were supposed to. I was a bit concerned that landing the Sector 7 toys would be difficult. It wasn't, however I did witness Arcee sell out.. :-?
