Ok who here is really getting EVERYTHING from the movie...? FABS, deluxes, voyagers, robot heroes, leaders, scouts, legends, real gears, ultimate BB, replicas, titaniums, TECH toys, arm blasters, helmets, key chains, turn arounds, unleashed, 2-packs, 3-packs, plush dolls, etc.

Is there anyone that is so hooked that they just have to have it all from the movie? A true completionist.

Bugger that. Im not even getting everything form the main line of transforming toys. Most of what has been produced for the movie is utter shite.

So what you are really asking is, "Who here has the worst case of OCD?"

Not even close. With the exception of Barricade, I think I'm done.

I only get those which i like.
I don't collect entire series just for the sake of collecting it.

I'm only collecting the Autobots from the movie. I think they are the only faction in scale with each other

With the exception of Arcee (who is just dead sexy), I'm only collecting the ones that showed up in the movie. I just need Starscream and then my wallet can take a long rest.

I briefly thought about some of the FABs but they're just too simplistic for my taste. Everything else, especially the Robot Replicas and those Cyber Slammers, is crap.

Oh, I did pick up a couple Real Gears because they were kinda cool, but I don't really consider them to be official movie items.

I am. I have everything. All the main line, FABS, Cyber Slammer, Cyber Stompins, Plush Formers, Optimash, Robot Replicas, Real Gears, Legends, Helmet, Role Play, Tech Toys, Unleashed, Titaniums, Robot Heroes, Robot Fighters, anad even misc stuff that has anything to do with the movie.

Don't forget TF Risk, TF Monopoly, TF Christmas stockings, TF uhm,......underwear!

I just want the figures of the characters that were in the movie, in Deluxe, Voyager, and Leader sizes. Though I'm starting to contemplate the video game drones as well.

I'm right with you on this. I have all the movie characters, and I've got most of drones. I also have a couple FAB's I used as placeholders until I got the real deal, but otherwise, I could give two squirts. All I'm missing of the movie cast Dlx/Voy/Ldr is Leader Brawl, and I have him on order.

I picked up Leader Brawl this weekend since I've never seen the Dlx version.

eh, ... I'm less then thrilled. Guess I don't need Dlx Brawl now. I still can't put my finger on it, but there's just something about him that does nothing for me. The 'wow' factor I got with Barricade, Leader Prime, GF Convoy Prime (I know, not the 07 movie) Blackout, etc. It's just not there. He's a little frustrating to Transform and he just doesn't seem to have much character or personality or anything. Just seems like a tank on legs with no neck and a bunch of guns and knives.

Oh wait, the gun on his right arm is really cool. Favorite feature. Not worth close to $50. though.

The deluxe is just a tank on legs with no neck, a bunch of guns and knives, and arms that won't stay up because they have these weird tab-things that won't go into the slots, let alone stay in them.

IRONHIDE WHERE ARE YOU?!?!? He's the one figure I'm really really looking forward to finding. With BoneCrusher and 08 Bee running a close second.

To become a top class nanny, you have to feed a large pail of milk to Hasbro first.

don't forget the activity pads and coloring books.

Not me.

I have definitely spent over a grand on movie related items. I have every transforming figure MISB stashed away, plus most of the deluxes loose and on display. I have every bumblebee, prime, megatron, and jazz that transforms for my display collection. I even have some of the japanese versions. woo! It's expensive but these toys are so brittle that I feel they MISB's will be very sought after in say, 10 years, just like G1.

But who knows.

I am not collecting everything, the FABs are aimed at a younger market, not necessarily an adult collector. So other than Frenzy, I wont be collecting the FABs.

Many of the repaints arent doing it for me either, the movie line just doesnt suit repaints. The designs in the movie were so individual that I cant see cliffjumper looking just like BB. He would have to be a different mold for it to make sense with the movie aesthetic.

The real gears are different, the repaints work in my opinion.

On topic, I am collecting legends, deluxes, voyagers, leaders, real gears and that funky diecast allspark cube that BBTS has on preorder.

Other than the main line, FAB's, Robot Heroes, and Real Gear, I could give a crap.

This is probably my least favorite transformers line.

don't forget stickers, temporary tattoos, and magnets... I nabbed a million of them for 25 cents a pack when Target had them 75% off back in late July... I distributed many of them at my wedding as party favors for kids...

Not at all inclined to buy anything but actual Transformers, and even then only scout, deluxe and leader class. I'll be done after I get Leader Prime

you'd rather have scout than voyager?

I have one movie toy (09 Bumblebee) and that'll be my last movie toy as well. The rest of the line does nothing for me.
