Well Neil Kaplan also voice Megatron/Galvatron for about 3 episodes in RID but other then that your list is pretty spot on as far as I can tell.

What happen to Daniel Riordan for thoughs 3 episodes?

To be 100% honest I dont remember.I only found out when someone posted a clip of a interview with Neil Kaplan from the U.K. release of the RID serries on DVD.

It was ether sickness or a work conflict with an other project the regular voice actor was working on.

Honestly I have no idea. The name was listed on the wiki page I have linked and I listed the name under "other" hopeing someone would post and tell me who that was.

According to the Cartoon Dossier, he's a human in the episode "Thief in the Night" who has the dubious honor of reporting that Fort Knox got stolen. (Presumably since Skydive's already in that episode, they had the VA do one of the random characters with one line as well to save time/money.)
