This obviously won't be as detailed as what's in my mind, but here it goes.
Beginning: Megatron (now determined to have revenge on Sam and the Autobots), Starscream, and Soundwave retreat to Cybertron, where they can recover in their base (the place where the fallen was). After dealing with repairs, they begin to build more troops. After they have constructed a few new decepticons, Megatron realizes that they do not have any personalities or ability to think and adjust to situations (which obviously wouldn't be good for soldiers). So, as he tries to find a solution, Soundwave reminds him of "Vector Sigma", which gives all true life to transformers. Starscream interrupts Soundwave and also reminds them that, even if they found Vector Sigma, they couldn't use it, because it requires a key is needed to be activated. Megatron, clearly remembering by now, calls Starscream a fool and states that the key is practically in the palm of his hand, for its keeper is an old scientist by the name of Alpha Trion, who could never stand against the decepiticons' might. So they found a previously abandoned laboratory during the search, and notice that some of the machinery is up and running. As they look around through the old piles of equipment, a figure emerges from the shadows. Starscream aims at it, but as he is about to fire, Megatron knocks him over and gives the order to hold all fire as the missile hits the ceiling. As the figure comes into view, Megatron asks who they are. The old transformer states his name (which is Alpha Trion), and says that the old laboratory was once an autobot research facility that he had found and lived in for some time. Megatron then asks Alpha Trion the location of Vector Sigma and its key, but seeing that he is a decepticon, Alpha refuses to answer. Losing his patience, Megatron grabs him and slams him against the wall (which finally gets an answer outa' the old man). After wasting the ancient transformer, Soundwave takes the key and they go to the location of Vector Sigma.
Middle of story: Now we go to find out what happened with Sam and the autobots on earth. Let's say that everybody is living peacefully (for now), and Sam is home for the weekend. The goverment (sector seven specifically, and not learning their lesson) held on to the remains of the fallen transformers to observe and get some ideas from. After a while, they go to the machine seen in the first movie that turned mechanical objects into transformers and decide to work out the kinks (like making the 'bots evil) and test it on a red boombox (i bet some of you people know what's gonna happen to said boombox). After a successful creation, they name the new transformer "Broadcast" (the japanese name for Blaster). After doing some test and observing the decepticon frenzy, they realize that these robots could not only change shape, but size as well, and they incorporate this ability into Broadcast. The scientist call agent Simmons, Sam, and the autobots and want them to come see their finished transformer. With Sam’s knowledge of the Allspark, they were able to give Broadcast a distinct personality (making him the true Blaster/Broadcast we all know from G1). Seeing what a success he was, they decided to create two more robots. Prowl: a souped-up Chevy Impala for the local police force, and Hound: a Hum-Vee for the military.
A few days later, Sam was driving Bumblebee through the city, with the twins following them, when he was pulled over by a familiar police car (Barricade had been located and asked to do some scouting around for the deceptions since he was on earth). Bumblebee recognized the car and peeled out so he could keep Sam safe, and the twins, realizing that the car was a decepticon transformed and attacked. Barricade smashed into Skids and transformed, then he turned and shot Mudflap in the stomach. Determined not to let the “decepti-popo” beat them, they kept it up. Eventually, Mudflap tackled Barricade, but was thrown off and shot in the head. Barricade then turned to finish off Skids, but Prowl (who had been on patrol and heard the commotion) slid around the corner, transformed, and shot him, killing him instantly with a well placed acid pellet.
After Sam and Bumblebee escaped, they went to find Optimus and told him about the incident. After they examined Barricade, they found that he had been sending information to Megatron, and they went to their base (located in a dry lake-bed in Nevada) to prepare for an attack.
End: As the decepticons headed towards earth, Soundwave lost Barricade’s signal. Megatron: “No matter, we have the information we need.” So they got a lock on the autobots’ location, and set a course for the base. As they began to approach the base, they were attacked by several fighter jets, which were shot down by Skywarp and Thundercracker.
They then reached the base and opened fire, and the autobots were quick to respond, shooting the wing off Blitzwing, but he transformed into a tank (for those of you who didn’t know, Blitzwing is a “triple-changer”) and crushed a small group of soldiers.
It’s getting pretty long, so I’m just going to say that there was an enormous battle with the following casualties.
1.Blitzwing
2.Rumble
3.Ratchet
4.Sideswipe
5.Wheelie
6.Thundercracker
7.Astrotrain
For the very end, I don’t want to ruin the possibility of a fourth movie, so I’ll say the remaining decepticons retreated back to cybertron.
