I have speculated a theory on how Prowl ultimately survived the fate I have yet to witness.

Once he came back online, Prowl began a processor over matter technique to disable his stasis cuffs, which would theoretically work if he had completed his training. Jazz and Prowl are meditating in some woods. Jazz intructs Prowl to search for the All-Spark "groovin' all around them". As Prowl concentrates, bright sparks from nowhere light up and begin forming an All-Spark fragment, causing Prowl to comment that the All-Spark "literally is all around them."

I liked it. While I think a few more loose ends could have been tired up, I do however understand that if they were to do a new series (unlikely, but a fan can dream), then those loose ends could have been incorporated.

I really liked Prowl's death. He's got some parallels with Dinobot (Starting off as a bit of a jerk, but eventually dying a hero), and he totally killed an overrated character in the process! It's also really nice to see Omega Supreme and Arcee back to full functionality.

Shame about the rather shallow cast during the main fights, I would have liked to see more robots involved, although they might have died. Dammit son, this is war.

That wasn't the Matrix. That was some new container for the gathered AllSpark fragments that looks like the Matrix, but isn't.

While I do believe that there should be something to give the series good closure, I doubt the new series on Discovery will be connected with Animated.

As for Omega, there aren't any plans for an Animated Omega Supreme figure.

With the quality of the Animated Activator line Legends Class RoFL, sorry RoTF Devastator I would more than happy if the only Animated Omega Supreme that ever got released was Activator scale.
