Burn:Anyone notice how much of a boring party pooper N_V is? He doesn't join in the fun, he's spent the last few years with dodgy builds feeding XP to the Autobots, and he sure as heck doesn't spam.

Scorpulator wrote:Okay, I'm sure this has been asked a gazillion times before, but I am new here so please forgive me. In the original show, Rumble was the blue cassette robot. But when it came to the actual toys, Frenzy was the blue robot. Which one is which? Is the show right, or the toys? I have always wondered about this.
Also, Rumble always used to transform his arms into ground pounders in the show. Anyone else ever thought those pounders should've been included with his action figure?

rumble was blue in the cartoon. fact.
if 1 was a "miscolor" then it would have been fixed in a rerelease.

And I dont see how you expect that the cartoon would have been fixed in a re-release.

luckily the beauty of the Ribfir/firrib argument is inherantly people have to disagree with each other. otherwise it would be one or the other.
and dont tell George lucas things can't be edited in rereleasesidk i thought i heard that some of the miscolored scenes were fixed in the rerelase. if its a error the easiest way to fix it would be just dub out the name rumble with frenzy, but yeah not worth fixing.
personally i stick by what you see is what you get. i see a bluish purple cartoon Rumble, thats g1 cartoon rumble. i see a blue g1 comic frenzy, thats g1 comic frenzy.
like in beast wars, we never see g1 megs spark returned. a comment kinda alludes to it, but thats it. the authors say they intended the spark to get put back, but the scene was cut. authorial intent, but does that mean it happened?
but like i said the fact this debate exists is because people insist on their own answers, and there is no 1 right answer. Besides, I know better than to get snarky with Sto :P

Far as I'm concerned, RIBFIR.
End of line
