No. As shown by the figure, all Scorpinoks transform the same way & it just creates a big mess of ebil.
The way I see it, Movie Scorpie = Mech-Scorpion into Engine/Fuel tank. Leave it at that.

i know i said before maybe he would have one..but no. dont count on it. it wouldnt seem right, and it wouldnt look very good either.

Scorpion mode is essentially his robot mode, like Ravage and Laserbeak had animal based robot modes. As has been said already, his alt mode is part of Blackout's alt mode.
So with that said, the mini Scorponok included with Voyager Blackout has a more accurate 'transformation' than the Deluxe Scorponok
