Does anyone have any official information on what happened to scorponok and why his toy transforms but in the movie and the game he does not. Any help would be nice.

Nobody knows yet.

ANd his toy transformers because, well, he needs to transform in order to be a transformer toy!

(I'm sure in this continuity he has another mode, we just dont see it)

No. As shown by the figure, all Scorpinoks transform the same way & it just creates a big mess of ebil.

The way I see it, Movie Scorpie = Mech-Scorpion into Engine/Fuel tank. Leave it at that.

Motto: "Eh, keep your little planet. I'll outlive it."
Weapon: Fusion-Powered Particle Blaster
Scorpion mode is essentially his robot mode, like Ravage and Laserbeak had animal based robot modes. As has been said already, his alt mode is part of Blackout's alt mode.

So with that said, the mini Scorponok included with Voyager Blackout has a more accurate 'transformation' than the Deluxe Scorponok :)
