The Go! version is just a more shiny and more detailed version of the normal BH version. The SDCC version, however, it colored to be more G1-accurate, with more yellow highlights, a yellow optic, and less show-accurate purple and gray placements.

In my post earlier, I said that the SDCC Metroplex will be way too expensive overall over the retail version to be worth it. I forgot to tell that for some reasons, the Hasbro Toy Shop charge taxes to Canadians as well. Cheap or free shipping for the USA but we Canadians must bend over and take it all from FedEx... AND they charge us taxes! BBTS in comparison are way more reasonable with their shipping policies and they dont charge us taxes.

Still, the fact that HTS charge taxes to Canadians clear them out of any custom charges... probably. So, instead of around 230$ total, it would be... 225$ total.

So, yay?

Oh yeah, The Guardians? Lol no.

Shockwave? Got the BH version so I'm good.

I'm gonna skip on all of them. Mostly because of HTS bullshit policy of absolutely using FedEx to ship things to Canada, which mean 30$ minimum of shipping fees plus the innevitable extra because the 30$ base price is set for just a couple of deluxes. Also, I had to make them deliver at work or I would never have my stuff. Plus, any somewhat large orders will be delivered by multiple packages over multiple days. Final nail in the coffin is the fact that they charges at least another 12% for the taxes.

I ordered one time for HTS to get the Generations figures that I missed. Ironically, 2 months later, they showed up at my Walmart at 10$ each.

So, never again, HTS.
Unless you start selling some Masterpieces.

I gotta say I'm actually relieved that none of the SDCC exclusives interest me, with other things, such as the MP line, coming out......so YAY!

As in past years I post a warning to those who are wanting to get these from HTS..BE WARNED that HTS normally ships this things like they are angry. The past 4 years I have gotten the exclusives and the boxes they ship in are normally 4 sizes to big with no packing what so ever. If your a misb collector be warned, if you plan on opening these they go right ahead...

Im passin on the HTS stakeout this year, BBTS has my back =)

Also their servers really get backed up and the site slows down if not crashes.

As a big fan of both the GI Joe and Transformers brands, I love these kinds of toy crossovers. Bludgeon looks neat-o to me and the latest Budo mold is a perfect fit for such a crossover.
