I just bought a Takara G1 Tentakil and it looks sealed. However, there are a some stickers already on the figure. Does anyone know if there were factory applied stickers on the Takara Seacons?

Yes, I can confirm that the Decepticon insignia sticker on Tentakil's crotch, as well as the stickers on his big squid-head are factory-applied. I don't know about the ones on his robot mode, but here are some listings and pics for MIB D-317 Takara Tentakils, with the stickers already applied:
