The game/plot is supposed to come before DoTM, so I assume he hasn't picked an earth mode yet. He's got a fat unmatching replacement arm too. At least in those screenshots we saw a while ago.

Yeah, I remember reading that but I figured the fight at the end of ROTF would be the reason why Megatron's face was baddly scared. I guess I was wrong. He looked pretty healthy in that trailer.

Yeah, I remember reading that but I figured the fight at the end of ROTF would be the reason why Megatron's face was baddly scared. I guess I was wrong. He looked pretty healthy in that trailer.

Looking back at the game trailer closely, you can clearly see a chunk of his head kinda missing. I think his face is still scarred. Maybe they'll make it more prominent when they make the finishing touches on the game.

I honestly cant say either way. I see similarities and differences.

It could be warpath in the movie, the head on a stick could be the shot of warpath with his mouth shield down... even though, I wish they just left the mouth shields on all the bots from G1 that had mouth shields. It added to the uniqueness of bots with mouths and ones without. ah wellidy.

I thinking those chains around his torso holds that tarp that doubles as his cloak...

On another note...why do some folks seem upset that Laserbeak could have any resemblence to a Zoid? G1 Ravage and the Lightning Saix had VERY similar head designs (granted the time of designing was reversed in that case - the Saix would've come second), and comparable bodies considering. But is it a problem? Zoids are mostly based on creatures, and Ravage and Laserbeak are also based on creatures, so...shouldn't there be some sort of resemblence, just from looking like a certain type of animal [robot] (IE a cat or bird or dragon, whatever)?

I personally think Zoids are killer, well, a lot of them. in fact, liger, or something (i forget the name) could make a killer ravage in a lot of cases. Buuuuuttt this doesn't really look like any GOOD sort of zoid... its too soft and blunt on the edges (since the movie design promotes sharpness, and toys don't), so it looks pretty cruddy so far. Zoids are sick, especially the newer ones, the weapon armaments and detailing on some are fantastic. I used to have the bronchiosaurus way back when in 1998, they've come a long way since then.

Hmm...I think his wings remind me most of the Flyscissors. If I could add the fans to it and change the head *grabs the Buster Eagle's head...along with his guns, LOL* There. Movie Laserbeak toy. Hah. ]
Well, I would do that if I could - but all my Zoids are in their boxes atm. :/

Which is feasible since these are the type of Zoids which are made with "combining" and mixing & matching as their gimmick.

Oh wait...if the Buster Eagle's wings weren't hollow like that, that would work....Add a few more blocks in the neck, add a tail...move the guns on the wings. Hmm.
