Correct, 3P MP scaled Arcee.

I do have the OSKO as well, and it's actually a pretty decent stand in. But this is much more in tune with the MP thang

Besides that one, that's a lot of great options. I like hearing she's got some weight, too. I wouldn't mind seeing more if she inspires ya, Shaj....I'm still on the fence. FansToys looks like they put a lot of care into their offerings, though. Do you have other FT figs?

Oh she inspired me last night. My review and pics will be up today sometime....

The only other FT figure I have is Phoenix (Skyfire), and that is one solid AF figure

Even though I'm baffled by that (I think they're fine), it's not just you. After lookin around, it's a pretty common complaint.

In other news, I'm not sure why the peeps don't like the faces either. She made all those faces in all the different animation things.

Huh, why do your photos make her face so much better than the original photos? Even other people posting photos on Facebook groups have really bad face pictures.

I'm really curious about Abaddon, but I made my MP-choice with DX9's Tyrant. I think the only replacement option at this point would be a Takara MP. I'd still love to see that, since I'm also a Galvatron fanboy, Shaj & Crammy!

hmm...

You know what it might be? All of her faces are pretty much the same, except for one. The one I popped on has slightly bigger eyes (can't recall if the mouth is any different) and I thought it looked more "toony". I'll try to take a shot tonight of all of them together.

Abaddon will be the one we need, in the proper color! You know Takara is gonna do lavender. I think that will be the biggest knock against it for me. I love my OG G1 Galvatron, he was comic accurate. Then I picked up that eHobby or whoever D62S because I needed it, he's so lavender!! If he was the same color as my Energon ultra class Galvatron I'd be happy

You know it, Cram -- they always go lavender (like with Shockwave). I definitely want the G1's colors, too.

Tyrant went dark purple; I liked Sovereign's colors, and proportions, but not enough to buy....

I looked it up, and there's very little to go on at the moment for that fella. From the renders though, I do not like his face. If I went 3P MP for Galvy, it would likely be FT Sovy

Yeah man, there's literally a torso to head render. FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS There's things I like about Tyrant and Sovereign, but I couldn't pull the trigger. G1 Galvatron is my Masterpiece currently, he's the same height as MP10, Apollyon, MP9!!

Apollyon and Abaddon are supposed to be the end of the world on the side of the morning star last battle type of beasts, aren't they? I remember some hoopla about the names on TFW from hyper religious types.

G1 Galvatron is pretty timeless, so I can see why you haven't gone 3p yet, Crammy. Let's hope we get an ultimate incarnation....I wonder how MMC would do him.

The FT version has everything, just about -- not crazy about the alt mode or the scale of his cannon, but I like just about everything else.

I had bought DX9's Tyrant as my first MP-style figure. It was DAT FACE that ultimately sold me -- and his cannons. His hands kinda suck and his feet aren't right, but he feels solid.

Now that I think about it more deeply, that's probably why I haven't pulled the trigger on any 3P Galvy either. Being one of (probably my top 5 ever) favorite TF's, my Galvastandards are crazy high. And nothing yet has made me go I NEED THAT.

Slow day at work, so I've been looking into Sovereign. And even if there was a possibility of me being in, I'm out! The chest has too much detail, he overall lacks the curvature that the cartoon model has, and I feel that the cannon mode is pretty poor.

Yeah, that cannon mode is lacking. I liked DX9's better, but he can't do the "flying" mode of the G1 original. >_<
