Speaking from personal experience that club shafts it's members and offers toys that by all rights should have been Club Exclusives as Botcon exclusives. Case in point: Razorclaw and Elita-1. All you're left with that's of value is a "free" incentive toy. That is a $40 Deluxe, or $25ish in the Club Store. The club combiner was worth purchasing. This Elite Guard thing isn't right now. They picked the single worst Classics mold imaginable (one that made Peaugh rage so hard he took the video down) for an homage to Dion. And it still looks more like Elite Guard Wheelie than Dion. And yeah, I know that e-hobby turned a Wheelie toy into Dion.

I like Dion. Hell, I like that mold (well, the Japanese version anyway. Amazing what two little cuts do to make a difference).

$40 a year for a deluxe toy, some comics, club fiction, and cheaper prices on the other club exclusives? I'll do that. In the grand scheme of collecting toys, I'm lucky to notice having spent $40 on more crap I don't need, much less begrudge getting interesting stuff for it.
