I just had a friend go to HK during June/july ... yeah the prices are $40 for L and $20 for V, but he got ironhide at TRU there and seems to be the real deal, well if it comes out of the same factory with a legit box, it cant get that bad...

During 2008/2009-ish CSC was filled with stolen-chinese-toys. more than half my classics were stolen-chinese-toys and i have no problems with them. Actually i prefer them as it was definatly better paying $15 for a deluxe compared to $27.90

Mine had pain app problems and poor joints.
U-toys and a couple other shops few were fined earlier this year by Hasbro for selling these QC rejects, so guess probably the same batch.

these are not KOs, but rather QC rejects destined to be destroyed but they took out to sell insted.

I wasn't aware that Hasbro actually has a legal presence here in Singapore.

At STGCC I made a beeline for the Artists' Alley to see Ardian Syaf, Indonesian artist signed to DC Comics (does an AWESOME Batman/Batgirl) so I bought a signed print from him.

Circled the toys area...Finally broke down and bought myself TakaraTomy Animated Soundwave and Oil Slick.

Oil Slick I like, very unique bike-former. Soundwave...feels like he should have been made a voyager. THen again, scale issues always plagued the Animated line.

I kind of regret giving away my Leader class Animated Megatron...As far as many G1 homages go, I think Animated gave a very good show of it. Speaking of which, whats the market rate for a Leader Bulkhead these days? Kind of itchy to get it.
