The Autobots, as I recall, don't speak Cybertronian because the majority of the time they're with Sam so they use english.

What about Bumblebee? Is he mute for the duration or what?
BB speaks after the final battle. Whatever happened during the battle or the course of the movie apparently fixed his vocal circuits. There's plenty of theories that could explain it from psychological trauma to physical damage and something being knocked back into place.
No. Why should I?Burn wrote:Spoon wrote:No, it's transformers... Change. Accept it.
Burn wrote:All Autobots have lines (and I do mean all)
Barricade, Megatron and Starscream have lines. I can't recall if Blackout or Bonecrusher have any and Brawl/Devestator has none.
And yes, the Decepticons do communicate a lot in Cybertronian, and sorry to burst your little fanboy bubbles but it does make sense.
They're evil robotic aliens, why should they communicate with each other in a language that's not their own?

And now that I think of it, I don't know why Stacream and Megatron talk in english, probably because the movie is moving fast at that point and sub-titles just wouldn't keep up.

Does BB still say "Go Sam" during the battle? And also, if he's speaking after the battle, I suppose we could assume Ratchet was finally able to fix him. My thoughts on the "why doesn't ratchet fix BB's voice" was always that they didn't have the rescources to while in space, but after landing on earth they did...and Wa-La!

BB doesn't speak until after the battle. (Unless I missed the "Go Sam") As far as I know Ratchet doesn't fix him so I just assumed it was something in the battle that fixed something (maybe it was a psychological thing and the defeat of Megatron cured it)

Is it like after the battle is off and done with like the next day type deal, or is it directly after the battle (like a few minutes) and everyone's kind of standing around type of deal?

Directly after. The battle is done and everyone's standing around. This is starting to feel like we're talking in code.

Nope. How long you think we can keep this going and annoying people highlighting all this expecting to see spoilers?
