So just heard this somewhere... Wonder why it was never discussed here. So I heard that generation voyager Springer was designed by a designer from fansproject?? Heard Has/Tak hired him to design the toy ( not the original concept drawings) Any truth to this?

Where, exactly, did you hear this? Sounds like something that would have been all over the boards by now, which means I'm kinda leery of believing it since it hasn't.

I was under the impression he was designed by Joe Kyde.

Nope generations thrilling 30 springer. I also don't have a source it is in episode 137 of good morning Cybertron. I just thought people would know more about this...

That is my understanding as well. I've read from multiple sources that he designed Generations Voyager Springer and Blitzwing.

I know, some people still prefer the WD mold over the generations one. It also allowed collectors to fill the classics springer void much earlier...

Not saying I believe it or not. I'm just curious to see if theres any truth to it so I made the topic. notice the question mark at the end. haha. thanks for the clarification. I still see no reason why someone would make up something like that.

It was linked in another post about joe. That should be the answer to the truth that you seek.

Probably because, as other people have already said, they probably confused "Generations Voyager Springer" with Fansproject's WD. People make mistakes. :lol:
