i was watching the old super friends cartoon the other day
and i cant believe how stupid that cartoon was
especially the episode when all the super friends got transported to
saturn when they got there they were breathing in saturn's atmosphere
with no problem, then they all flew back to earh with no problem breathing that sweet space oxygen

That's because, after the DCAU, Tim Burton's Batman movies, and Batman Beings, older DC shows and movies look like crap by comparison.

I got memories of apache chief when he was on an episode of "Harvey Birdman attorney at law" and he spilled hot coffee on his junk and he could no longer get, eh hem, large in size.

Absolutely hilarious. :D

He's in a lot of episodes. They make fun of him and his stupid power. He repeatedly spills hot liquid on his lap in the series finale.

Man, I love that show.

I remember the show growing up. I must say I cannot stand to watch it now.

A few years ago, I would be up late and would watch Superfriends on Boomerang.

Some of the issues with the show, such as them breathing on other planets, has existed in the comics even before the show started so I don't really blame the show for those errors. Even though, the modern Batman, Superman, JL(U) and so forth shows are miles ahead of it, I still consider it to be a very entertaining show if you are in the mood for just sitting down and watching it and not over-analyzing.

DC has generated so many rediculous comics that I can't even begin to describe. Heck, they made Aquaman, the biggest example of FAIL of his time. To see most examples of DC stupidity, I reccomend http://www.superdickery.com/
