Question: What is the recess area on Primal's left forearm for?

In one episode, "Before the Storm", he wore an arm-mounted scanner/personal log-recorder in that spot.



Maybe Takara was either planning ahead for such an accessory to be made later, or planned to include it in this release but dropped it for some reason.

Mine finally reached and got through customs yesterday. Now it's in transit from New York. Not sure why it went all the way up there instead of going to the West Coast first since it came from across the Pacific rather than the Atlantic.

Does anyone here who has gotten their Primal figure also own the Cybertron Voyager Crumplezone mold? If so, could you take a comparison pic with Primal to see how they size up to one another in robot mode?

Crumplezone, and all the Primals I own now with MP-32.

MP-32 is an awesome figure. Comes close to knocking the original as my favorite. Still something to behold in person.

MP-32 is an awesome figure. Comes close to knocking the original as my favorite. Still something to behold in person.

I was hoping he'd be as tall as Striker Manus... Oh well. Patiently awaiting his arrival hopefully by this weekend.

So I got my Primal in yesterday and he's absolutely amazing except for one thing - some of the paint on mine is already scraping off! I'm not 100% sure if it was like that from transformation (I've done it back and forth once each) or I just missed it when I opened him, bit his face and head now have some patches. It's not the worst thing, but pretty disappointing for a $120 figure I just got yesterday. Anyone else having this problem, or did I just get a bad one?

No paint issues on mine yet ( I type that like I am expecting it to happen ). I have seen some paint chips on a review video though.
