I know this should probably be in the customs thread with it been shapeways ,just wondered if anybody had seen these?

They look good in the photos, but has Shapeways gotten better at eliminating graininess in thier prints?

Awesome designs though!

No thank you. I'm in this hobby just for the Robots Transformers toys.
Don't have any desire to buy any human figures that have appeared in the TF fiction.

Think a better route for this would have been to create 3 1/3 inch G.I Joes type fully articulated action figures for these human TF fictional characters. Doing statues is so outdatted.

Theyre too big and I hate the stupid white stands glued to their feet. Make them the size of Dr. Wu's Dr. Arkiville and I would buy them.

Tsu........6.5 is 6.50 while 6.11 is...well 6.11. 6.5 is much taller.

sad thing is Hasbro could probably knock up a GI Joe of Season 3 Spike from spare parts with no remolding of any parts. They just don't for some reason.

I like these little guys but that Shapeways fuzz is off putting it reminds me of the toy animals in kinder eggs .

GI joe figures would be sweet for mp figures as for classics i might just repaint some of those DOTM mini figures come to think of it .

Spike Carly and Daniel also come in a smaller size if you check the first image in a size comparison with classics hot rod .

Buy them in polished or frosted detail, then. That's really only an issue with un-polished strong and flexible.

Here's WSF in the Polished version. Still a little grainy, but it's actually so slight, your fingers don't register it and you need to get real close(or shine an LED flashlight on it while taking a picture) to see it.

This isnt grainy because of WSF, its because the characters are only being released in sandstone. Thats the reason why they're colored already.

Their store allows you to buy all of them in WSF, Detail, and PSF as well as Sandstone. Many of these have been available for a while. The OP even shows some of them in Frosted Detail as well as the colored Sandstone.

I was simply pointing out that it's possible to buy them without the grain.
