1.Yes

2. The G1 toy had a normal seeker head with the option to keep the nosecone on top, the Ramjet in the comic is based of the toy.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

It is technically cannon,Atleast for IDW. But fortunately cannon in the sense that it happened, but was planned not to actually affect anything. So thankfully it can be forgotten about without much consequence. As for the New Avengers, it is set pre-civil war. That's all i know. It is either of little consequence like idw, or is a hypothetical story. As for Ramjet, Marvel artists drew the arc, so my guess is artistic liscence. In his spotlight he's shown in his full conehead glory, and no mention of him reformatting has been given.

It's as canon as you want it to be. It was designed to fit in with IDW's storyline, but at the same time it doesn't affect it.

Well see, that's a little more suspect than it used to be, what with Joephisto's recent changes. Who can say what the hell is continuity anymore?

Marvel? Yes. (Though God only knows how.) IDW? Who knows? (The official word is that it does, but it doesn't, and Spotlight: Ramjet doesn't really help.)

The artist, much like the writer, not being smart enough to do his homework.

Except the writing is far below any Mosiac I have yet seen.
