Is there any series worth watching that has not appeared in the US.

Finally got Gundam 0083, Mai hime boxset vol 1-5, and Willow even thou Willow is not anime.

I heard Code Geass is pretty good, though I heard it may be getting licenced.

I like D-grayman so far, and the deathnote anime hasn't been licenced yet.

Death Note was licenced by Viz in January, which is why Live-Evil stopped subbing it. Speaking of Death Note what does anyone think of the new intro, imo it doesn't really suit the series but damn is it a good song.

On another note I've just finished watching Gungrave. It's a good series, I like how they changed the story around from the game a little to suit the anime format better as most adaptations of games don't usually turn out that well.

Question:

Do the translators stick in the honorglifics like "san", "kun" and "chan"?

Cause if they do then it seems that SPOILER!:Sasuke came out unharmed due to he never uses honorglifics to Kabuto or Orochimaru.

Watched up to Episode 13 of ZZ Gundam. I don't care what anyone says, I like the campiness of it.

Bright having to catch a chicken, that was funny. All the stuff Yazan was doing in Shangri-La, that was good, too.

I just watched Episode 14 of ZZ Gundam.

They referred to Judau as a messiah in a Giant God. It's funny, because in one manga, they said Judau was the reincarnation of Cosmo Yuuki, who was a pilot for Ideon. And there are a few similarities between Ideon and Double Zeta, such as a large beam saber, and a freaky powerful laser. (Though Ideon outclasses Double Zeta in both regards)

Yes, we do. Though he only female parts I've seen in ZZ Gundam so far is LOLICON UNDERWEAR! EWWWW!

Also, Emary/Emily/Whatever the La vie en Rose chick's name is, does she know Birhgt Noah is a married man? I mean, Anaheim Electronics must know a few personal things about Bright.

Then again, everyone who knew Mirai, is either dead, (Henken Bekkener, maybe Blex Foyer, Sleggar Lew, and a lot of other people) brain dead (Kamille), about to die (Hayato, and a lot of other people), doesn't show up (Amuro, Kai, Fraw, Mirai, Beltorchika, maybe Char) or doesn't show up until it doesn't matter. Oddly, Bright doesn't just come out and say "God, Emary, I'm a married man! Stop touching me!" then Brightslap her.

I like it when he Brightslap's people. Hell, that would probably have won both Neo Zeon Wars, One Year War, and the Gryps Conflict.

Also, I realized that ZZ Gundam just continues the Gryps Conflict. The Titans are gone, but AEUG still has to deal with Axis, which did 1/3 of the Gryps Conflict fighting.

So, you know, THAT'S something to think about.

Also, I noticed a few similarities between ZZ Gundam and Gundam SEED Destiny, namely Glemy Toto being a clone of Gihren Zabi (Like Rey Za Burell was a clone of Rau Le Crueset) and Haman Karn switching Mineva Zabi for a lookalike. (Like Golbert Durandal switching out Lacus Clyne for a lookalike)

After I watch CCA, I cna finally be done with Universal Century, then, I'll go watch the rest of SEED.

In the mean time, I've decided to watch Paranoia Agent after my library finally got it in. I saw a little of it on adult swim but I didn't understand most of it.

But I don't plan on watching all the extra stuff (0083, 0080, 8th MS Team, Victory, F91, and even G-Saviour (Maybe)) until after I finish SEED. (I already finished SEED Destiny, it being the first Gundam series I watched all the way through.)

I might finish Wing as well, as I've only watch about 5 episodes from it.

Then again, that Beast Wars torrent is pretty tempting...

It's so awesome. Dante is a little too much "DMC2" for my tastes, but he's still the badass we all know and love. And it's got both Trish AND Lady, so it has to take place some time after DMC1. (Even though it has the Pre-DMC1 Shop Design)

It's so awesome. Dante is a little too much "DMC2" for my tastes, but he's still the badass we all know and love. And it's got both Trish AND Lady, so it has to take place some time after DMC1. (Even though it has the Pre-DMC1 Shop Design)

Lucky Star FTW. Though the show looks like a sort of cutesy show on the exterior (And it is, a little bit) It is actually rife with anime parodies and often refers to some animes by name, like Haruhi, To Heart, and FMP, while making fun of the styles of others. Episode 6 contains the best Initial D parody EVER.

Same here. The anime has just been licenced by ADV so there should be a US release late this year/ early next year, but at the moment I wish someone would hurry up and sub episodes 3 & 4.
