I have farm a player who is 200 high rank than me but it do not stop me suck his colonies dry.

Thanks to him, i earn over 800k of resource every week

I like to suck just the one dry on a daily basis. I got about 20k met, 20k crys and 9k deut from it yesterday

Wow. My large breasted neighbour (clue!) certaintly believes in overkill.

He sent two small cargos to farm my day old colony. So I threw up a rocket launcher and repelled him then deployed 4 Cruisers to guard the planet.

So he sent 12 Cruisers instead.

I moved my 4 and spent up as much resources as I could. Suffice to say he obliterated my rocket launcher (absoloutely destroyed, can't be repaired) and made off with 281 metal, 1.367 crystal, and 198 deuterium

Hope he enjoyed his wasted trip.

Only around 5000 for all three.

He was a sneaky bastard though, i'd sent two small cargos from homeworld to the colony with cargo holds full so I could build up and he just happened to probe soon after, saw some easy pickings and sent his own cargos.

I retaliated, and he chose to retaliate as well.

If you have colonies, build a large cargo and send the resource there once you get the message that he wants to attack you (EDIT: from the planet he attacks to the planet he not attacks). Or on expedition, or on ACS defend.

So he came back for some more pillaging. Managed to wipe out one of his small cargos.

Unfortunately my cruisers arrived 30 secs too late. I figured he wouldn't bother again with my colony's resources down to a few hundred each so I sent them back to homeworld so I can get ready to go raiding before heading off to bed.

But ... here he comes again! Two different fleets. One with 5 Cruisers and one with 4 Cruisers.

Let's see what happens now that i've recalled my cruisers (they will return in time). Probably going to suffer badly for doing so I bet.

So from the sound of things you two have gone back and forth 4 times total. Hmmm, I would say lets all go pulverize him, but Im betting he's a little out of my reach from Galaxy 5. He must be really desperate for resources

First thing when he get online and see his fleets gone and you finally farm him for now lol.

Well while I slept he came out me with 13 cruisers and wiped out my 7 that i'd left in orbit (had others at homeworld though).

Now his recycler's are on the way but so are my cargos with enough materials for a shield and a boost to ground defenses.

Maybe once I get some up he'll finally **** off and leave me alone.

The first things I set up when I got my colonies were shields.
In short, my farms haven't been bothered at all as of yet.


Next I'll be dropping HLs and ICs on them, and that should act as a pretty good deterent until I get gauss cannons and plasma cannons to drop on them.


Heck, I may even build decent starports at them and give them their own cruisers. Some day.

Why not just deploy a fleet there? That's how I make sure my colonies are defended the instant they're created, until I get a shield up.
You're better off building 4x LL than 1x HL, Dealer. Same cost, shields and structural integrity... more firepower.

He had 13.

I'm still ahead in times of beat downs though. I've lost 7 cruisers, he's lost 9 and now 2 recyclers.

Retaliation is REALLY going to be a bitch next time.

You oughta have fleetsaved
Just try to make yourself as unprofitable as you can. If you're online next time he's attacking you, wait till literally seconds before his fleet hits and have your own fleet deploy somewhere else at 10% speed, carrying all your res. Then recall it right after he hits. Hopefully you'll deal damage on his fleet with your defences, add that to him not getting anything and you'll be left alone soon enough.
