I agree. To use a Klingon term, Prime did not die with honor. He died on a bed from battle wounds, instead of in the midst of a battle. But he should have stayed dead to me. Instead of O. Prime being brought back to life, Rodimous should have gotten to stay Prime. I like Optimus, but Rodimous needed to be developed as a character too. It might have kept Transformers fresh enough to stay on the air. BTW I also didn't like the futuristic vehicles and non-Earth setting.
