This little beige joint in Bonescrusher's ankle can swivel out allowing the wheel to properly align with the other ones, which makes transformation a lot easier.

By the looks of it they've added the feet/missile pods, shoulder pads and ladder-chest plate pieces from RID Prime supermode to the Omega Prime combination mode. Those parts traditionally aren't included in the Magnus/Prime combination as Magnus replaces Prime's super-armour for that specific combination.
