I've unlocked the Third Party News Thread so that any of you can update it. I know that there are several of you dedicated to following the third-party movement, so I'm putting it in your hands.

Just a few ground rules:

Please use the existing format. If it's a new product, start a new topic. If it's an existing product, try to update an existing topic. Then post the new information in the News Thread and provide a discussion link back to the ongoing topic. The News Thread should only be used for updates. Discussion should take place in the individual topic. I don't want to see the News Thread filled with discussion. If that happens it will get locked down and it will go back to only getting updates when Blurrz or I can find the time.

Please check to make sure the news hasn't already been posted by another member.

That's basically it. The thread will remain "stickied" at the top of the page.

Daimchoc for 3rd Party President!

I guess this means Blurrz can take himself off to concentrate on updating other news threads whilst El Duque slaps general posters like myself for accidentally posting in the unlocked thread!

More work for Daimchoc as he not only has to update his own threads but also the unlocked thread too!

daimchoc has been a great help to me here in the third-party forum (and with official news for that matter), and it's much appreciated. I would encourage all of you to chip into keeping the Third-Party News Thread up to date. I'm an avid third-party fan, and I've hated that my busy schedule has kept me from keeping things up to date in this forum, which lead to the decision of unlock the topic. So much good stuff headed our way!
