I got my hands on a Transformers Timelines Airazor quite a few years ago. However, this sample has Decepticon logos and a Decepticon spark crystal. I figured it was a production run problem, put the figure in storage, and forgot about it--hey, this is the company that has given us Alternators Prowl with knee joint issues and MAGA Jazz, after all.
However, I started doing some more research on it today. The TF Wiki doesn't have any mention of "Decepticon logo" variants, and Google image search kicks back images of Airazor with Maximal logos. I can't find any eBay sales advertising a Decepticon variant. Since this figure is now 10 years old, I'm wondering this:
Is this a known production run issue that resulted in recorded variants, or do I have some sort of one-off wonder? I had bought the figure MISB from BBTS in 2007. Sadly, I no longer have the packaging, but here's a picture of my bizarre Airazor.

That certainly is an oddity. The figure is supposed to have silver paint over her spark crystal to hide the Decepticon symbol and the symbol on her shoulder isn't in the same spot as on Slugslinger so it wasn't a matter of using the wrong template for the mold.

I know nothing of this particular issue, but...
I bought a Botcon SG Laser Prime off eBay a couple years ago, and once in hand I noticed a few small details in the paint apps that differed him from every other one I could find online. I found out later that mine was actually a first run or prototype, and was provided some pics of him in the prototype phase and they matched up.
So I'd say yours was either an early run or prototype, or simply an error. But Obviously I can't say with any certainty. Just my guesses.
