Contrary to some of the more recent and more popular public reports in regards to the Hollywood writers strike of the The Writers Guild of America, the strike is not yet over!!!
According to a report by United Press International, although, as previously reported, a new contract has been drawn up that looks to settle the current dispute, a vote will be made this tuesday by the members of the Writers Guild to determine if the strike is to end or to continue.
"Remember: until the votes are counted, we are still on strike, although picket lines are suspended. We will announce the vote count later Tuesday night," Michael Winship, president of the WGA East, said Monday on the WGAE Web site.

Re: To Strike or Not To Strike?!
Yes, they mentioned in the last reports that the votes from sunday night would take 48 hours to count, bringing us to tuesday night.
WGA members were told by the higher-ups to accept the offer, so don't be surprised if the deal is accepted.
