Today I had to go about 60 miles south of where I live on a business matter. I finished early, so I figured I'd check some stores in the area for, what else, Transformers.

Went to 2 TRU's in the area, nothing but Primus' and Monekey Cybertron Prime, Movie helmets, and flypaper.

Went to 1 big Wal-Mart, and they didn't have anything...again. However, they did have Real Gear 2-Packs which was interesting. Anyone see these? Looks like a Wal-Mart Exclusive perhaps. Otherwise, nothing.

Went to 2 Targets. One had the usual bare-naked shelves with only a few Optimash Primes, and helmets, and that weird computer thing that no one buys.

Now the other Target...well let me tell you, had bare pegs. NO Deluxes that is. They had some Real Gears, but that's all that was hanging with like 2 FAB's. On the shelf was another matter. That Target had 1 Titanium Scourge, and 1 Titanium GI Joe Megatron. I passed on the Scourge since I already have one, and I'm not a greedy bastard that buys up everything I see. The Megatron, we all know is crap. I bought one off of ebay for .99 cents only because I want the stand. So what was left that was any good? Only seven Target Exclusive G1 colors STARSCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!! :cool:

I'll be honest with you all, I was on the fence on that one. I have the movie Starscream, and I LOVE the way he looks. Very realistic, and pretty accurate to the movie, me thinks. But, this G1 SS looks better to me in person than what I have seen on online pics of him. He really looks pretty good. Not great, but good enough to say "Screw it, I'm gettin' one" kind of good. He's worth it, at least to me. I claimed mine, and as soon as I did, some lady grabbed one as well. So when I left for the register with my new treasure, there were only 5 left. He isn't exactly an '08 BB, G1 color Jazz, or even Thundercracker or Prime, but I am so happy to find a Transformer that is so worthwhile in getting in several weeks. His red is not as bright as it looks in many of the photos I have seen, and I like that. Really nice figure to go with my original G1 SS, and Classics SS. :cool:

Heres my adventure for today:Went on a website. found a 8 doller cancept camaro bumblebee. Placed order. The end.

congratulations!
Good luck for tomorrow. Do you have the Jazz repaint? If not I urge you to ask someone for help, and go armed with the DCPI number thing, it may be your best bet. Just find an associate who looks like they give a crap.

Going to look for G1 color Jazz Saturday Morning. But I am going to also look for BB, and whatever else new they will hopefully have. I'm trying to be optimistic.
