child labour is a punishable offense ofcourse but there are more than one documentary about "young" girls working in factories in china and one girl working on Replay jeans was 12, but hid it from factory authority.

Yeah, China has it's labor problems... but the reality of the situation is that if you are bothered enough by items made in China to boycott them you'd pretty much have to walk around naked and cook all of your food outside over a fire-pit.
Forget shaving, the razorblade handles are made in China.
Many of your car's parts are made in China, so there goes that bad boy, too.
Basically, you'd have to live like the naked hermit guy in the "keep on truckin'" posters.
It sucks, but civilizations have been prospering on the slave labor of other cultures since the dawn of man. We just don't call it slavery anymore, we call it global trade.
