I dont think it means anything other then they forgot to stamp it.
I've heard, over the years, of other similar things.
Wrong date stamp, no date stamp and backwards date stamps.
There are also a few cases of Re-issues having date stamps from the 80's.

"Wrong date stamps" aren't wrong per se, the date is the year the mold was copyrighted, not necessarily the toy.
