Asia has now gotten it's hands on Generations Wave 4 and there are differences with OP and Jazz's paint schemes.

Left 2nd issue / Right : 1st issue
1. "Darker" color scheme on the blue & white area on the 2nd issue.
2. Clear version (Blue) visor on the 2nd issue.

Transformers Generations wave 4 has started to reach the Asian markets and there appears to be some changes to Optimus Prime and Jazz which are repacked from wave 1 according to the Hobbybase facebook.

According to the report, Optimus features darker color plastics in his red, blue and grey areas.

The card art also features some slight color changes as well.

2nd run on the left, 1st on the right.

Jazz also features darker plastic than his first run which looks more evident in his blue plastic.

The biggest change is that Jazz now has a painted blue visor.
