There's the link! That guy was the lead Transformer designer.
Lots of goodies.

AND It turns out that Arcee was going to be written in the movie but got written out. So the Hasbro toy is based off the "movie" designed Arcee.

Nice stuff.

Man the early G1 versions look pretty bad. Just as well they developed them into the current forms.

That was a cool peak at the designs. Interesting takes on the G1 stuff, but not sure it would have worked.
