It's been, what, just shy of an hour since the episode finished? I was holding off on making a thread because I figured there would be three by now.

Spoilers abound: Ye be warned!

-Skyquake was...kind of bland, actually. He was extremely loyal to Megatron, but he lacked that psychotic zealot quality Lugnut had in Animated.

-"You're a motorcycle, Arcee. Shouldn't you know how to build a motorcycle engine?" "You're a human, Jack. Could you build me a small intestine?" I really, really like Arcee in this series. I mean, like like, you know?

-So...what's up with Megatron? I didn't expect to see him back so soon, but I'm not certain he's even alive. There was a chunk of Dark Energon where his spark should be, and he showed characteristics of being a DE Zombie, but he wasn't glowing blue like them. And he's apparently alive, sans-Spark.

-Hey, Soundwave has Laserbeak.

-Ratchet hijacking everyone's science projects cements him as the totally awesome comic relief of the series. That's one hell of a model volcano...

-I couldn't be the only one expecting Prime to give Bumblebee the "Stop trying to be good at this, you're too young, blarg blarg" speech we hear all the time...but Bumblebee actually did really good, and though Prime noted that. TF Prime really loves smashing your expectations over the head with a brick and then disemboweling them.

-Speaking of, a bit more cyber-gore in the case of Bumblebee pulling bits out of Skyquake, though he was a jet at the time so the "gore" half is kind of lost. I couldn't help but think of that scene in Iron Man, where Tony pulls out bits of the Iron Monger saying "This looks important!"

-What was Agent Fowler doing in a fighter jet? I'm trying to avoid the answer "because he's awesome" but that's the only one I can think of.

I really liked it, but.....

Why is Agent Fowler flying an F-22 Raptor???

Even worse, while wearing a business suit???

This guy has got to go, he is not necessary.

Nah, it's cool. We all make mistakes at first. hell, I'm kind of impressed at the timing, you must have hit "submit" a split-second after me.

Megatron is back but Megatron isnt online yet. He is sort of in a dormant statis lock.

Starscream riped out the Energon Shard there is no telling what kind of effect this will have on Megatron.

Megatron most likely wake up until the ending of season 1 and I feel sorry for Starscream already he never learns.

Skyquake was awesome just so you guys know that when a character is dead in Prime that character will be permenalty dead so it looks like Skyquake is gone forever now but he could be off line not destroyed we will see in future episodes I guess.

This was a good episode because it let BB be the bad ass warrior we know him to be when he kicked Skyquake's ass.

There is a new female decipticon coming to Prime but it wont be Slipstream I say this is a new character like Skyquake.

The next episode is Con-Job it is suppose to feature Wheel Jack curious on how is look will be and what is Alt.mode is.

Overall decent episode a 4 out of 5.

I LOVED this episode. Great action, very minimal human moments, and the few were actually kinda funny. The scene in space where Starscream finds Megatron is awesome, and the ending with Megatron with a hundred tubes in him was pretty great, I'm actually curious to see how long he'll take to come around and if he'll still be dark-energon powered

That was a quality episode. I enjoyed it a lot. i would prefer that Bumblebee spoke instead of the bleeps and whistles but that is just a minor thing. I didn;t expect Skyquake to stay around too long, He was too similar looking to Megatron.

Starscream is shaping up to be the best character in a good series. I watched this episode after i'd watched a couple of R.I.D episodes. You can see how much better TF:Prime is straight away

I can't be the only one who feels this episode was completely bland...

Yes, it was bland and felt like a filler, but then again Animated and Beast Wars had a few boring episodes earlier. At least the action was good, I did like Skyquake and this episode had great Starscream moments.

Here's a theory: They will introduce and kill off alot of Decepticons early on only to bring them all back as zombies for the season finale.

I disagree, fowler is the only worthwhile human character in this series.
The kids and the school scienceproject was rather shoved in IMO.

The fight with Skyquake was badass.

Yeah, i could do without the kids to be honest. They didn't need human characters in Beast Wars and they and they don't in Prime. i hope they don't relegate Ratchet to nurse maid either.

That was rightously awesome. The thing i like about it is Soundwave. He's kind of like a silent prescence who doesn't even have to talk to get Starscream to change his mind. You can't know what he's thinkin. He may be a Con to watch out for.

To start off I am loving the series so far. Its good to see Megatron and Optimus going at it again although megz is offline for a while. I anticioate he will be offline for a few episodes then will regain control from starscream who is turning out to be wonderful character. I will not have the DE influence when he comes back online as starscream removed it from his chest. I anticipate megatron will find the shard at the end of season sometime and use it again.

Skyquake was a good character I thought. I really hate to see him die but w/e. Am I the only one who noticed Skyquake didn't change body forms when he scanned the Jet? He already had the body style of the jet all he did was transform so I though that was the only lame part of the episode. He came straight out of his holding container already a F-22 that couldn't transform and not a cybertronian jet as he should have been.

Soundwave is a badass. I like him being a drone airplane I believe that fits his personality well. He defeinitly doesn't like starscream that much and his loyalty lies with megatron always. He will provide an important role in bringing megatron back online.

I don't mind the humans that much I mean they have always been in the TV shows. Even beast wars had pre-humans toward the end. I did think the science project thing was a little funny.

I didn't like the part where Ratchet fobbed off Prime, at the time it felt like he was trying to avoid conflict with the Decpticons as opposed to some OCD about those projects - the volcano was funny.

I'm not sure if it was just the video i was watching, but the animation seemed a little clearer and more detailed than the first season. I did find Bumblebee's beeping to be irriating though.
