Am I the only one who finds that pretty cool? Now that I have a classics collection, I dont really need them to keep giving us the same characters in different styles. I can't think of any original character since Animated Bulkhead, so that's pretty refreshing.
How about Prime Knock Out? As far as I know, he isn't based on anyone from previous generations.

Yes and no. His name and colors came from G1, but the alt mode and personality are all new. True to his name, G1 Breakdown can cause cars to break down, but he's so paranoid (possibly more so than G1 Red Alert) that he breaks down himself.

Still not enough is cool about the toys themselves to interest me in this line.Strongarm is the only one I'll buy, and only because I collect fembot characters. Combiner Wars has all my money this next year.
Glad you like the size comparisons. I did them because anytime I see size comparisons they are generally of toys in the same wave, which is no good. So I picked toys that people might have or have one of the moulds of (except Quickmix, he was just handy after I got him in a comic shop in Dublin).
No one knows.psj333 wrote:Giving the fact that Thunderfoot is a moose, is his vehicle mode is most likely a car or a truck? If it is a car or a truck, what type? Judging by the details that Hammerstrike is a shark, is his vehicle mode is most likely a jet, submarine, or a boat?

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
Cobotron wrote:I also think it's interesting that It's Bee's first command, and that he is gonna have to "cut his teeth".
And that Prime is off doing Primey things while Bee settles this problem and rounds up these hooligans.
This story has the potential to be fresh and original.

It sounds a lot like Beast Machines when you put it that way.

I appreciated that as well from both you and blacklai. It seemed that every reviewer online compares to figures from the same wave or out of scale and imported Masterpiece figures.
