WHat? Dude is this another trick question? The only TV shows he did after and or while durring TF was
"The Gummi Bears"
"My Little Pony and Friends"
"Master of the Djinni"
"DuckTales"
and "Jonny Quest"
(according to imbd)
which are all cartoons not live action( unless there was a live action My little Pony I never saw). The only live action he did was before TF, so a connection could not have been possible yet.( I Think) Then He died in '86.
IDK dude, You got me!

Duke of Luns wrote:Hmm, that's quite a confusing question.
I know one is Broadside. He used his comic/early prototype look in "Carnage in C-Minor", but all subsequent appearances(like two) he used his toy model.
Pretty much all the Headmasters/Targetmasters looked a little bit different in Takra's Headmasters than they did in Rebirth. Rebirth had some redesigned/simplified heads that were common in the comics, but Takara's Headmasters were almost always a slightly jazzed up version of the toy.
Getaway had a very weird and dumb head in the comics but his Masterforce counterpart looked just like the toy.
Am I anywhere near close to being right?

Predaprince wrote:Wasn't there an episode where Astrotrain's shuttle mode was white like on the toy instead of his usual colors? I don't know if that is 100% true or not and, if it is, if that is what you are thinking of.
kicker_of_elves wrote:The only other I can think of is when Bumblebee was rebuilt as Goldbug. Technically, thought, he was renamed and was a different 'bot so to speak.
kicker_of_elves wrote:Jetfire and Skyfire are the same character, but both are significantly different, both in the comics and their toy models.
kicker_of_elves wrote:Soundwave was rebuilt into Soundblaster, and Blaster rebuilt into Twincast, but that was really more of just a color shift.
Jeysie wrote:We saw two versions of Cyclonus... mostly the head design was different there. I also want to say we saw the alternate toy/movie versions of Rodimus and Kup in there somewhere.

Now that I think about it some more, I want to say they used Kup's alternate design for his younger self in "Chaos", which probably doesn't count.
Cyclonus' alternate design I believe showed up in some later Season 3 episodes like "Starscream's Ghost" and "The Rebirth". (Wiki entry and Dossier entry)
Rodimus I'd really have to look. I think it was only one or two eps.

OK, I looked. Here's at least one episode to try on for size.
