Hell, imagine what Season 3 could have been like. Starscream attempting to lead the Autobots, who don't trust him one bit, whilst overcoming his millenia-ingrained evil impulses. Skyfire finally gets a look-in after his disappearence in early Season 2. There's an alternate reality it might be fun to play with.

Kind of reminds me of the rude awakening of Optimus Prime by Dr. Smoov. In that video, Prime asks for the Matrix back from Hot Rod and accuses him of running the organization into the ground. He then goes on to say that Hot Rod had to bring him back to life to clean up his messes.
