Was there a Golden Age of Seibertron.com?

There is more to Transformers than movies, cartoons, comics and toys. Discuss anything else Transformers here.

Well, City Commander was a game changer for me. It was my first 3rd party piece and eye opener to the fact that SOOO much existed outside of the G1 cartoon and the 80's line of toys! It's what prompted me to more thoroughly explore this past time.

I'm certain your right. My wife is my best friend, and I think because of that she has become a fangirl in her own respect. She is a die hard Rumble fan (the blue one, he's blue). Still can't get her to let me paint her car though....

I know Rumble is blue. Frenzy is red. Which kind of urked me when Alternator Rumble came out and he was red, not blue.

Heh, I honestly believe the percentage has got to be about even with video games - something like 60% male 40% female, considering the amount of females I personally know in the fandom.

For what it's worth at LEAST 75% of my TF friends are female (it seems we attract each other sometimes? lol), with me meeting most of the men through Botcon, Seibertron, and PSN. And think of all the gals that show up at Botcon. I can go on and say that in TransCostumers.com we've noticed females tend to be the majority there (female Transformers cosplayers seem to outnumber males slightly, and outnumber them far more in terms of forum and displayed costume activity - I only very slightly partly attribute that to some of the techniques using stereotypically women's hobbies - like sewing, which I don't touch).

And think of Starscream - he's known to have a huge fangirl base! XD And I'm sure the latest episode of Prime didn't hurt that either! LOL

You speak of the prophecy? The one that will bring balance to the Fandom?

The prophecy will only be fulfilled when the messiah is finally able to say he has purchased every single version of each mold that has been released over the years. Who this messiah is, is unknown still. He alone can unite the fandom with one voice.

I wanna be that guy.

Yeah, I will forsake the fandom if that happens.

This place was definitely more fun when I first got here in 2001. Lot less rules and regulations, and things were more free-flowing. But I guess due to the influx of young members thanks to the live action movies the place had to be buttoned up a bit. As for the other parts of the site, they're just getting better and better. But the message board...

Since the first movie i though this was the best Transformers Fan site ou there.I have been a menber since 2007.I had to make an new account because the email where my old account was doesnt work anymore, doesnt help that i forgot what the user name and the password were...

I know how you feel about the fandom, sometimes the hate is strong, disliking is one thing, other is the unnecessary hate.
Sometimes i avoid some topics because of that.
People need to respect others people opinions, instead of trying to enforce theirs.

But there always good people.Belive in yourself.

I have a red Nissian Frontier and I want to make it into Ironhide. But the Decepticon inside of me says no, make it a 'con. Lol! But it will scream TF's once I get the decals and what not. I saw a decal on Ebay that said Caution: This vehicle is a Transformer. I want that decal for my bumper.

I'm having a tough time trying to think of a red Decepticon truck....Paint it blue for one half of Battletrap? :-? Ironhide might have to be a traitor! I'm planning on selling my current "transformer" and getting a '79 corvette to make into Tracks!!!

Cool!! I love muscle cars! And I would never paint my truck. It was my dads and I got it when he passed away back in Nov. So it has meaning to me.

That'd be cool! You should look into a vehicle wrap company. Here on the beach a company called Wraps Ink prints our very high detail, vinyl "stickers" that cover the entire car. The process is pretty common and just a partial hood piece would be relatively affordable (compared to having it painting and clear coated). Whatever you do, You have to post pics!

$7000.00USD. Granted this Bumblebee is loose, he does come with all his accessories (sorry, no box :D )

350 bored and stroked to 380 Cubic inch
flat head, steel forged pistons
roller rockers, sports cam
3 speed TKO transmission
Hurst ratchet shifter
12" rear end
traction bars
all Pro/comp gauges with adjustable tac. and shift light.
transmission brake
MSD ignition system
Edelbrock intake
Edelbrock 4 barrel carb.
15" rims with 345's in the back (new, but still not enough tire to hook up)
with Mickey T's it'll run mid 11's

All you need is a Paxton 8 lbs. bolt on super charger and some good drag tires and you'll have yourself a 10 second car! 8)

Well while we are developing fantasy software, we can go ahead and include a quasi social outlet? Maybe an "Energon Pub" type area for socialites! :D Or what about FaceplateBook?

Me. Because it will be me. It will always be me!

You want me to hold you to that?

And I wish there were more fangirls out there. I think there's more men into this hobby than females.

And yes, I gush over my TF's. No one can say anything about me when I kiss and hug them, hehehehe. ;)

That only makes me wish you were here in RL instead of on the internet.

Nothing wrong with internet friends.
Long live the Decepticons!! I love G1 Starscream!!

Don't tell Starscream, but I'm in love with movieverse Ironhide! ;)
