If Shockwave is the new top bad guy, what happened to Megatron?

Same as in ROTF. Second in command. The problem with the decepticons is that you can't see them on set because they are all CG. But don't worry Megatron and Starscreem will be in part 3 and soon we will hear some news about them.

As I remember Megatron was pretty damaged after ROTF final battle. Maybe this time Megatron is recovering as The Fallen did in previous movie. I think Shockwave and Soundwave will be major characters in the plot. In other verses they were mentioned as best comrades of Megatron. Maybe they are in charge now?
