2,3 month ago i bought the 2nd ver ver of faith leader from them...but only a month later did i noticed that there is a crack in its right fist,most probably a factory defect,or QC??then i contacted igear for a rplacement part,which until now did not managed to get respond from them..any of u had the same experience with me?? :-(

(on a site note,ny1 knows when will igear's kup's head will be released??i thought it's this month??) :-B

I bought the Faith Leader in November or December. One of his hip joints busted. Contacted Igear from the address on their site and they were extremely quick to reply and very helpful. They asked for a pic of the broken part, I sent that, and they told me the part was on the way. Well, not only did they send me the part, they sent me the entire bottom half of a Faith Leader, from the waist down. So now I have extra spare parts.

Mine does however have a busted flap on his right arm that slides the fist out. I didn't mention it to them though, I just popped it in place and stopped fiddling with it.

So my experience is yes, the toy is prone to breaking, but that IGear stepped up and took good care of me when I told them about his leg breaking off.

yea..i did sent the pics of the broken part,but still no reply from them

they usualy fast in terms of cstomer service..that is why im asking,what happened??

Probably the long wait in asking about it. The fact is that you got it months ago and are now trying to get replacement parts might say that you broke it and are trying to get free replacements.

You might want to offer to see if you can buy replacement parts since it's been so long since the purchase and you don't know when the problem happened.
