You mean Generations? That's still continuing, even though Sky Shadow and Junkheap (Black Shadow and Junkyard, darn it!) are the last two releases of 2011.DJ1107 wrote:I wonder if it's the new classics toyline because that would be a breath of fresh air from the disappoint toys were getting now after SDCC.

Erm, no it doesn't. There was the Classics toyline, and then there were newer different toylines (Henkei! Henkei!, Universe 2008, Generations, United, Reveal the Shield) that used a similar style to it.DJ1107 wrote:yeah remember classic goes by many names.

No it wouldn't. It would be a disasterous impossibility.GetRightRobot wrote:lowman_x wrote:Could it be part of Hasbro's plan to bring all continuities into one universe and to try and shoehorn them all together somehow? (That was what they were wanting to do, wasn't it...?)
I think you got WAAYYYY too much epic on the brain!![]()
Would be awesome though....
If you're referring to Alex Irvine, who wrote Exodus, he was not charged with merging all universes together into one story. What that book did was take bits and pieces from all past TF fiction, and combine just those elements into one story. The rest of what wasn't used, however, was discarded.GetRightRobot wrote:Seriously though, I do remember them charging some writer with the responsibility of somehow connecting all the various story lines together (this was early last year I think).

Okay I have a feeling of immediate berating

On the contrary. There are indeed such stories in which multiple Optimuses and Megatrons come together to fight each other.godzillabot wrote:All Primes from different universes come together to stop the Fallen, but the Fallen has summoned different Megatrons to destroy the Primes

There are several comic stories that I know not of their details. Which is why I'm trying to go back and read as many as I can. I've alrreayd read all the Marvel U.S. G1 comics and the Marvel U.S. G2 comics, and am currently reading the Marvel UK G1 comics. I've still got a LONG way to go, though.GetRightRobot wrote:Sabrblade wrote:If you're referring to Alex Irvine, who wrote Exodus, he was not charged with merging all universes together into one story. Sabrblade, is there anything you don't know about Transformers?![]()
Wait, that's stupid, how would you know you don't know if you aren't aware of it?

Oh, and then there's some children's books I haven't read either. But only the most die-hard of hardcore fans go for those...
...which means I porblaby gotta look into those too.

What would be berated is if you claimed every Optimus and Megatron to be the same guy.
Nuh uh. They've covered more than I have.GetRightRobot wrote:Sabrblade > TFwiki

Oh don't worry, I'd figured out how all Optimuses are the same!![]()
(not really, just being funny)
and which stories are these? (if they're Fan Fiction just tell me)
Don't forget Star Saber, the "greatest swordsman in the universe".GetRightRobot wrote:Ever wanted to see G1 Prime, Optimus Primal and Leo Convoy fight side by side?
