The new animated series once I saw prowl as motorcycle and some of the other figures like blitzwing, I begin to warm up to the new look there are still a few that look to freaky for words.

? What is this? :???:

It's where you stand him up on his big claw arms and use his tail pincer for a head. It's a lot cooler than it sounds.

One of those fan discoveries not mentioned in the instructions or on the packaging. Looks a bit like some monster Godzilla might have fought back in the seventies.

See it here ... about 4 minutes in.

That is pretty cool - thanks!

Hmm, Japanese monster mode is pretty beatass looking. Guess I'll have to pick Scorponok up after all.

btw, any review where the guy keeps saying, "you stroke his crotch" over and over while playing with the TF is just priceless. Glad I clicked that link.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

yeah I was somewhat hostile to the new animated series at first, but the more I see the more I like. I'll have to wait to know if I'll really like it, but I like what they seem to be going for.

Even still, I think it'll be a minor miracle if ninja-cycle Prowl ever grows on me. I don't like this business of giving names from prominent G1 characters to newly invented characters that they have nothing in common with. It also means we'll never get to meet the real Prowl in the animated series. Unless of course different transformers can have the same name. But that would open a whole can of worms.

Movie Leader Megatron- did not like the solid gray, and the jet mode was weak at best. Got him bec. I finally found him, and after a few little paint apps, the claw-arm spring and chain mod, plus a little special one of my own, he's like buttah.

Likewise movie Voy Starscream- i was totally put off by his jet mode, but his robot mode is so cool, esp. after I modded his missiles into bendable fingers. Swizeet.

Aaaaand Energon Prime. I love his combined mode, and I can even overlook his stand-alone beer-belly lately (now I know how my wife feels).
