What Tf continuity do you like follow or prefer? It can be anything, from pure cartoon/movie/comics or a mix of them, or even one that you have made up.

The continuity that I like is G1. My own personal continuity has a lot of parts from the G1 cartoon, some from the movie, but follows real life instead of the made up future. That is, a lot of the eighties stuff happened, but stuff continued into the real-life happenings of the nineties and 2000 and beyond. Ther is no "made up" future in this continuity, and there is no time travel either. There are Tf females and kids. But no Headmasters or Target masters, as I think they are lame. A little bit into the future, the Decepticons destroy the Autobots, and decide to take Earth as a Decepticon territory. So then there are a lot of 'cons on Earth, and they are visible instead of in hiding. Thy are ruling Earth, but humans still exist though they are not in any danger of extinction.

I'd say i prefer the DW G1 continuity. Though I like the entire TF multiverse.

EXTREMELY heavily modified G1. How modified, you ask? In my continuity, Galvatron came before Megatron!

In short, I write my own continuity.

G1 toon. Yes, I'm a RIBFIR kinda guy. Though I have incorperated minute elements from the comic, it's mostly the toon as that is what I saw first.

Yup, I go by the toon. G1 through to Beast Machines and PERHAPS including the Universe line. Then I just use elements from other continuities to explain stuff in the toons thats off. Like I explain the Vok with G2's Swarm because, apparently, thats what the writers had in mind.

Plus I kinda prefer the quiet, loyal Shockwave to the maniacal one from the G1 comics. That said, DW's shockwave was lovely.

IDW's comic for G1. Other than that, I'm only bothered by BW and BM.

I liked Dreamwave's G1 continuity the best. With Marvel's G2 limited series as second.

Shockwave in DW was the closest to his personality as given in his toy bio, which is one of the things I loved about the DW line. It actually referenced and used the toy information, including showing Ultra Magnus without his armor.

I prefer all continuities. Although ya gotta admit, TF Folklore is kinda screwed up. But yeah, I jsut take it for what it is, an don't try to merge continuities or anything, ya know, G1-Verse as G1-Verse, Marvel as Marvel, Dreamwavec as Dreamwave, IDW as IDW, ya know? I wouldn't mind IDW giving us their own MTMTE to tell the truth, just to see what it'd be like.

I go by G1 through BM and Universe
G1 thoguh is modified, to include some elements of the cartoon, comics, a little of victory and G2. I would replace G1 if I could find a way to implement IDW w/ Beast wars/machines and G2.

I also came up with an idea for a Universe type story several years before Universe came out, that I've mixed w/ the Universe line.

I'll watch/read anything, Im not too fussy.

Although I must admit I do like the UK Marvel stuff, even if Earth Force does not fit in, and the IDW stuff is possibly the best planned series I have ever read.

My preference goes to Marvel UK G1 and IDW G1.

Personly I loved the Dream Wave universe most of all.....not sayin that I didnt love any of the others......just that at time it made more sence and their personalitys seem to match up so well with their toy profiles.I somtimes like to think that the DW univers was the Tou Univers.Anyway I have my own time line that I put together from all the confussing Universes.I posted this before so if you have read it already I'm sorry for the repeat:

At the begining Primus god of light anf Unicron the dark god fighting and then being traped in metors just like the marvel story.....then Prinus creates the 13 to combat Unicron.Unicron being trapped like in planet form like Primus desides to corupet one of Primus's children into attacting the others and destroy Primus.The Fallen joins Unicron and the rest of the 13 are baddly injured,all but 3 of them are destroyed and Primus is all but shutt down in the battle.To beat Unicron and the fallen,Vector Prime had to open a portal to trap both of them.It was only partly sucsessfull traping The Fallen but not Unicron,Vector Prime was also traped.Unicron found him self baddly damaged and almost lifeless at the center of the Univers where he incountered Primacron who reformed his body into one that could Transform.
Mean while back on Primus the remaining 2 Transformers had to shut down for repair's....during this time the Quintason happened by and found 2 robots of great value.Learning how they came to be by probing their merory banks ,and wanting to make a profit,they take the remain's of Primus's core and rebuilt it as the master computer Vector Sigma and started creating the slaves we now know as the Transformers and renaming the planet Cypertron.
After some time they reactivate the remaining 2 of the first 13[ Alphatrion & Maccadam] and enslave them but this backfires on them because they stage a revolt.
After they are freed of enslavement Alpha trion and Macsadam try to undo the damege to Primus but are not completely sucsessfull.They were only able to retrvev a small fragment of Primus's life force so they built a crystle chamber to house it and called it the Matrix.

There's a lot more but its pretty long so if you want to know just ask.
Ohh and by the way I fit RID into my Universe by a theroy that place's the Beast Wars/Machines changing the past and creating a different G1 then the one we know.So when Beast wars ended and left past earth they created many alternate Universe's RID and Armada amongest them.
