yep like others its "the touch" scene when prime transforms drives towards the city, transforms again and starts doing some james bond accuracy shots on the cons.. in the air no less!!

the other is hot rod opening the matrix standing up and changing into rodimus with primes voiceover...

Definitely this scene for me...Wonderful dialogue! Megs is almost dead and completely at Unicron's mercy and he's STILL talking smack!

And then Unicron busts out the "Your bargaining posture is highly dubious!" One of the best lines in any movie ever (and hilarious because not one 8-year-old knew what ANY of those words meant!) XD
