Alright where to start...

Firstly Add Prowl into the mix. His character is intersting and would have given a serious character over Ironhide's semi serious character. Also I think it would have been fun to see him mix it up with Barracaide. Prowl would probably be very much upset with him for taking on the role of a cop car, and doing injustice to security officals.

Secondly I'd give more time to the Autobots, and instead of having Maggie (No offense to her but she offered nothing to the movie) Have it be Glen and Chip Chase and have it be a rivalry between them.

Thirdly, give the Transformers more humanoid features and more of a shell for their outer body. It makes no sense to have such limited armor.

Forth, Welker as Megatron.

Fifth, taken out the leaking and put in a scene with the Decpeticons. Had Jazz use his sound powers, and more importantly, not have him die.

I think that's it.
