I still get goosebumps when Prime says "One shall stand, one shall fall." Close second goes to Springer's "I've got better things to do tonight than die."

because springer was more worried about getting lucky with arcee rather than prime handing over the matrix to ultra magnus.

Hot Rod kind of was my hero for that.....I've always disliked Prime.

That being said, I throw my vote behind Primes' "One shall stand, one shall fall." Best line ever, still gives me the shivers.
