FE Starscream, BB and Arcee were released in the US. There are still alot of them still avaliable locally in Canada too. Not sure about the States.

It was limited to Toys R Us stores, was released before Christmas and is now followed by RID. You may get lucky and find one at Toys R Us, but not likely.
You will have to get it online probably.

If you are Canadian and live in Laval, they have FE Starscream, Arcee, and Cliffjumper right now at 19$ total each. TrU exclusive, of course.
