i agree with you guys, i bought him about a week ago and he's still sitting in jet mode....its gonna be while before im confident enough to transform him, especially after reading all the "break" stories online. :?

Weapon: Air Rifle
Alt Wheeljack.

I don't find him hard to transform, but he's given me the greatest trouble of any figure. Just getting everything to line up is such a pain...

MP Starscream.

He's the ONLY TF I own I need a tool to transform - his feet fit so flush against the fuselage I can't pry them loose without a hobby knife wedged under there. Add to that, as mentioned above, that he feels like he's gonna disintegrate every time I transform him.

Alternator Jazz is a pain to get everything lined up right.
Alternator Dead End was also a pain, and his intructions (when I finally caved and looked) helped nothing at all.

But those 2 are easily eclipsed by Universe Nemisis Prime.
Seeing as he is essentially only a shellformer, you would think he wouldnt be that hard to transform... you'd be wrong. Very wrong.

i'd love a crack at mp megs, but it'll probably never happen...

classics megatron took me a bit to get down..

rid magnus used to really tick me off, but i've gotten good at it, its my son's favorite, and with him being three and all, it's up to me to put it how he wants it.

omega prime is just ridiculous. not so much hard as it is difficult without the payoff.

movie jazz gives me some trouble, it takes me a bit to get it to line up right....

alternators smokescreen used to cause problems, as did sideswipe, but the kids broke them past repair....

Alt Prime. Worst Figure Ever. Ugly, arms are not in proportion, cannot go back to car properly >_> takes too long to transform aswell.

TM2 Megatron.

He's an absolute bastard to transform (the last time I tried - which isn't often, since his beast mode is so much better than robot mode - I gave up after about half an hour).

For me, Transforming is pretty easy. I'll say Armada Unicron, not because it was hard to transform, but because it's so bulky.

Mp Megatron is the hardest to transform in my opinion. His pegs are brittle. Broke two of them by several times transforming him. Need two separate pieces to repair him. He's extremely delicate. Transforming him is a great risk. Heard horror stories about Mp Starscream's brittle plastic too. Especially the wings. I wonder if Hasbro fixed this ,or will it be cheap as well. I'm more reluctant to buy another masterpiece figure. Especially that the Takara imports are expensive ,and the quality is not getting any better either.

MP Megs. I watched my friend transform him and three pieces broke from him. I went home and displayed him in bot mode and I refuse to even attempt transforming him. He wins just because I am too scared to even try!

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

I admit that I was frustrated by Movie Ironhide until I figured out the trick (The pelvis goes in on an angle and that there's tabs that stick into the chest piece to let you know you have it in the right position). Now he's pretty easy.

Cybertron Soundwave is one that's not really 'difficult', but nearly impossible to get the stupid legs to go back. I find Alternators Tracks and Ricochet to be the same way. I'm glad Alternator Mirage is so much easier to transform.
