In an ideal world, there would be a decent "Classics" style Arcee. I know there's been some third party options, and seeing as Warbot Defender is in that photo, obviously I'm not against such things... But for some reason, neither of the third party Arcees really did it for me, so I settled for Animated Arcee with a custom head. But if a better official toy ever comes out, she'll be replaced in a heartbeat.

I saw the GDO Wheelie in stores, but he was a minibot in G1 so I was happy with my Legends class one.

I did recently get the new Springer. Not quite sure if I'll swap Defender out in favor of him yet. Both are good figures, I'm still trying to decide which I like better.

(And just a brief additional note... I do have the Classics Grimlock... but by Season Three he was pretty much almost constantly in dinosaur mode, and I think as a dinosaur the Masterpiece figure scales better with these guys. I'm more likely to display the Classics Grimlock in robot mode with the pre-movie guys.)

I know what you mean about Minibots. Legends Wheelie is so expensive though, I'd much rather have a deluxe or at least scout sized version for the price. mainly I just want an articulated one. I got an oversized KO of the Legends version for £1, which is currently standing (falling?) in for a proper version of Wheelie. The GDO colours are amazing and I love the Jazz mold. Okay, it's a bit big, but I want one that can wrap his legs around MP Grimlock's back and ride him whilst shooting his slingshot at people. Hopefully we get a smaller version that's capable of that soon.

I'm right there with you on the 3rd party Arcees too. Although the potentially upcoming MMC one might be good enough, I'm still really hoping Hasbro will man-up and give us an official version of her. She's got to be the current leader in the "TF who was in the most cartoons that never got a toy" category, easy.

I've got a Classics Magnus with the City Commander set from FP on my shelf. It's nice for what it is, but I'm still awaiting Takara to do a proper MP based on the MP-10 mold with a combining trailer.

Ah, I knew it was something third party, thanks, that was killing me.

I posted a photo of my Ultra Magnus earlier in this thread, but I just finished moving my Ultra Magnus and his shelf-mates to a new location. Even though there's not much of a change to Magnus himself, I still thought I might share the updated photo. After all, depending on how one displays things, who a figure is displayed with (and how they look together) is a big part of things.



The big changes figure-wise since my last photo are swapping out Warbot Defender in favor of the new Springer, (I still love Defender, and thought for quite a while before deciding on this change. But I think this Springer has a stronger robot mode, which works best for this display.) and adding Perceptor and Baster. (Those two were technically pre-movie characters, but still appeared frequently enough post-movie and look pretty good with the rest of these figures.)

But the real reason for this change is that this shelf should have room for a certain forthcoming over two foot tall figure to loom magnificently behind them. Can't wait to see how that looks!
