That maybe true. I just like the movie universe being seperate from the G1 universe. That's why I'm having a hard time taking to the movie figures in G1 decos. But it doesn't mean the G1 deco movie figures won't be a hit with everyone else. Of course being the almost completist that I am I may grow to like the G1 deco movie figures in the end.

You can look at the figures and tell its not a proto or standard test shot. Those are full run figures, and its highly unlikely they'd scrap them once they'd gone that far in development.
Of course they could also be exclusives of some kind as well. Really wouldn't surprise me if they turned out to be Takara only Toys R Us figures or something.

Thats why I said that it has been shown before but not in robot mode as I recall.

I hope you're right. The G1 color schemes/molds for Ratchet and Screamer are two of my favorite looking figs from the movie line. No big deal if I have to import them...I'd just like to have them.
